Opt-out Options
If you no longer want us to process your personal information, please contact us through the support form. In most cases, it is not possible to maintain the App’s functionality without certain data. If you opt out, you may need to remove the App from your device.

To submit a request for access, portability, or deletion of personal data, contact us through the support form. Include the phrase “Your rights to maintain confidentiality in the state of California” in your message.
When submitting a request, be prepared to:
• Provide sufficient information to verify your identity (e.g., name, address, zip code, and email address). We may use this information to ask additional security questions.
• Provide detailed information to help us understand and respond to your request.
We will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days, or notify you if more time is needed.
Equal Rights
We do not discriminate based on your privacy choices, meaning we will not change our pricing or services if you choose to exercise your rights. However, some services may no longer be available if you delete your personal data.
Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
II. Information We Process
There are several categories of information that can be processed:
Functional Information:
We collect and process certain information when you use the App. This includes your email address (if you purchased a subscription and activated it via “Sign In with Apple”) and user content (e.g., text entered into the message field, PDF files, and AI-generated text).
Contact Information:
When you contact us via email or support form, we collect your name, email address, and any other relevant details to respond to your inquiry.
Automatically Processed Information:
With your permission, we use third-party analytics and advertising tools that collect device information, location data, and behavior. You can withdraw your permission at any time through the opt-out options in Section VIII.
Device Details:
We collect details about your device (type, OS, screen size, etc.) and your internet connection (IP address, network type, etc.).
Cookies and Similar Technologies:
Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, beacons) may be used to enhance App functionality, improve user experience, and serve relevant ads.
III. The Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you want your data deleted, you can request that we erase it and close your account.
